Atlanta
This is my first week in Atlanta interning at Creative Loafing and it' going great, all though unusually cold.
The first couple images are from an Classical Indian Dance performance that occurred January 9th, to benefit A.I.D Atlanta. The girls would use red sharpies to color their feet in order to accentuate the intricate footwork during the dancing. Georgia State University student Siddharth Kelam, helps his mother Padmaja Kelam, prepare her make-up before the performance. Siddharth has been practicing this style of dance for 15 years under instruction of his parents, who run the Georgia based Kalavani Dance and Music Academy.
